All mentors must be approved HCPS Volunteers in order to participate in activities on school property or with HCPS students.

Why is this required?

  • Ensures student safety

  • Complies with Henrico County Public Schools policy

  • Gives you authorization to work with students

Important Notes

  • You must be approved before attending team meetings

  • You only need to apply once per school year

  • If you volunteered with HCPS within the past year, you may already be approved
