If Team 1086 Blue Cheese qualifies for the FIRST World Championship, this deposit will be required for each attending student and parent/chaperone.
Deposit Amount: $500 per person
Tentative Travel Dates:
Depart Richmond: April 28 or April 29
Return: Late May 2 or May 3
Estimated Total Cost:
Last year’s total cost was approximately $1,250 per student. Blue Cheese Boosters were able to offset $500 per student, and we hope to provide similar support again this year.
We are planning for up to 40 students to attend. Submission of payment does not automatically guarantee attendance. All student requests will be reviewed to confirm that students:
Have met attendance requirements
Have been active members of the team this season
Have paid team dues
No student should miss this opportunity because of financial hardship. If this trip would create a burden for your family, please contact Coach Wilson at mwwilson@henrico.k12.va.us. Sponsorship funds are available, and we are committed to making this experience accessible.
